Rise of Nations: Thrones & Patriots, the expansion pack to the best-selling Rise of Nations critically acclaimed, adds a barrage of new features to the original game. The expansion includes six new nations, four unique campaigns single player, more than 20 original units, new wonders and government types.

Lead one of 24 nations: In Gold Edition, players can lead one of 24 nations in the single player campaign or Battlefield multiplayer. Each nation has its own distinctive national powers and special units themselves. 

Compete in 5 single player campaigns and scenarios to 130: Campaigns nonlinear single-player based on historical periods in which the players are busy planning their moves in a external strategic map and in battles up to 130 scenarios. Among the campaigns include Alexander the Great, Napoleon, the New World, The Cold War and the biggest challenge of the Whole World. 

manages up to 240 different units: Players can lead their armies to fight on land, sea or air with all kinds of equipment from catapults, musketeers, tanks, Persian war elephants, aircraft carriers and even nuclear missiles. 

intense gaming experience: Players can enjoy a truly strategic game experience by using national borders, flank attacks, spies and general. Furthermore as the nation advances through the ages, players can choose from six different types of governments, from socialism to capitalism, despotism and republic. Each type has a different power government with which players can add a personal touch to their nation and open up new tactics and strategic possibilities. There is only one unit available patriot for each type of government for what they take various powers to the battlefield. 

Games of various genres: from the merger of game speed in real time as well as the epic environment in Rise of Nations: Gold Edition players may have a fast and fun experience with the option of completing the game in under an hour. The environment epic game revolves around eight historical epochs which intertwine with the mysteries of ancient philosophy and the wonders of the world. 

Several ways to achieve victory: Players are winning through non-military strategies including espionage or military almost , political maneuvering, technology race and population growth. Additionally, players can choose to win through military action. 

Option Multiplayer: Challenge up to eight players over the Internet or via a local area network, you can even do teams.
