Windows 8 is the codename for the upcoming new operating system of Microsoft Windows that follows Windows 7. It features a new Metro-style interface that was designed for touchscreen, mouse, keyboard, and pen input. It also adds support for the ARM processor architecture in addition to the previously supported x86 microprocessors from Intel and AMD. Its server counterpart is codenamed Windows Server 8. The Windows 8 is designed to be the first Windows client to support systems on a chip (SoC) architectures, including ARM, and since it will be pre-installed on a range of next generation devices, it will also feature Metro, a NUI + GUI interface on the surface combined with a new application platform under-the-hood designed to enable the creation of immersive experiences

Hard disk space: 16 GB (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit
Graphics card: Microsoft DirectX 9 graphics device or higher
To use touch, you need a tablet or monitor that supports multitouch
To snap apps, you need a screen resolution of at least 1366 x 768

    Use the other installation disc that says 64-bit. When you insert it, Windows Setup will restart automatically.

    THIS IS WHAT I GET WHEN I PUT THE CD IN AFTER BURNING THE IMAGE.

    Reburned and its again the same issue. I redownloaded it but couldn't get past 74%
    I downloaded a torrent ( which is now removed ) and its also stuck at 74%
    Whats happening?
    I'm running Windows 7 64-bit.

    Hi,

    Thanks for providing win8 pro version. Please let me know how to burn or extract it because I am unable to extract ISO file by winrar.
    The size of ISO file is 3.82 GB and it extracts about 425 MB with an error.

    Oh I see Umar (Admin). Nice to see its quite compact for a single DVD. *-* I have Win8 already but that's around some-what 6GB (2 DVD's, 32+64bit), though it works like a charm. Yet your answers are commendable.
    But one more thing bro, what are the differences between "Inch Activator" (which comes with this pack) & the "Activator - fully unlocks all feat. of Win8" ?? Anything specific & eye-catching ???

    Admin Umar, I updated my OS to Win8 Pro x64 bit and Im quite happy to tell you that its working like a charm. All the links from "UppIt" worked gr8 without any "broken Links" & interruptions.     i downloaded and installed without any problem but it is very unstable and crashes frequently.my pc works fine with windows 7 but windows 8 shows maximum usage all the time and is very slow and laggy even without much programs running.
    is it clean or u hv added smthing (malware or virus must have crept in...) please tell me...
